Part number needed

Well, I am having the all to common, found from reading here, door lock motor dying problem. Is the stealership the only place to get one or are there aftermarket ones? Also does anyone have the link to how to do this fix and should I replace both while I am at it? Part number for the motor?

I know, more then one question but they are all on the same subject.

Thanks to all of you for making me spend money on the beast. I am having a blast......

Oh yea. I have a 2000 F-250, 2WD, automatic....
