no reverse or tag lights
SO I have no tag or reverse lights and in order to get my radio, turn signals, some of my guages and heater or A/C to work I have to hit my steering wheel 3 times. Not like little hits either? I need some help.

Check to see if you have a ground strap from the engine block to the firewall. The only other place all these circuits have in common are the fuse box, so you might want to look there too for corrosion.
