Door ajar sensor
I have a '95 extended cab ranger with a sensor problem. The door ajar sensor that is found tucked inside the door has gone out on me twice. It is a pain to try to get to so I was thinking this time I would try to fix the problem in a different way. I have been told that I can't just cut the wires because of the electrical system it is a part of. My question is, can I cut both the wires going to the sensor and connect the two, completing the circuit?
