Manual tc lock ?
I want to put a manual tc lock on my truck. Just wanna know the do's and don't of it and benefits if someone could help me out. Also curious of the difference in these the DFuser Torque Converter Overide with LED and the DFUser <TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR><TD colSpan=2></TD></TR><TR align=left><TD vAlign=top>Torque Converter Lock/Unlock Overide with LED's?
Whats the main difference in the two of those items or benefits of one over the other? thanks.

Its a great mod that transfers all of the engines power to the ground, it eliminates the torque converter slip. The first one mentioned is what i have, the lock only one. It has a three way switch, normal, momentary lock (never use) and full lock. I used to use it almost all the time before i got my new DPtuner chip, but now jody has such good TC lockup programming i only use it to lock the TC in 3rd gear when accelerating, and to roll smoke. The lock/unlock model has the ability to keep the TC unlocked, i would not know why you would want that.

Thanks for the info. So u can lock the tc in any gear correct? but always unlock for shifts and so forth? Also Kriss, i noticed in your sig b4 you changed that you have a BTS VB. As far as shifting upgrades go, would u recommend the BTS VB or like a transgo kit and why?
