MOVING:
yeah I was reading about pleasant hill area, they call it "a community in crisis" whats up with riversdale? I like the "spot" its in... cant say I "know" any of the areas out there. Thanks for the warnings guys Is there like a new downtown slowly going up in stoon? or is downtown still downtown?

TRUCK:
Is the SK 51 a 2 ton? or 1 ton? looks big for a 51... my 72 ford had about a 13.5 foot bed with about a 2.5 foot beavertail for loading cars onto it, and it was a dually... i guess the size overall was around 16 foot flatdeck... all i know is it fit fullsize 70's cars no prob... that 51 would look cool with say a "race" mustang on the back..

oh my 72 was considered a 1.5 ton.
Funny thing was, that someone stuck a 351M / tranny combo into it, hey it ran good tho

I used to hang out in the sun tinkering on that truck for hours on end, and lost track of time doing it...that was one of the best trucks i ever owned, and one of the oldest

The 51 is either a 2 or bigger truck. The tires on it can hold as much as a 2 1/2 ton 9.25 rubber multiply by 500 for each inch can hold 500 pounds and then multiply that by 6 since there are 6 tires on the truck.

The box on it is a 14ft. which for hauling grain is about 2 feet too long.

sorry english not too good.
Inside of circle drive is pretty bad outside of Circle is a bit more of a peaceful place.
I'm just sayin places like where the elevator is on 11th street by Caterpilliar seems like decent housing and people.

Just messing with you.
Montgomery Park is one of the nicest areas in Saskatoon. Expensive but I love the large well treed lot sizes there. Unfortunately now they are getting subdivided into much smaller lot sizes.

Is there like a new downtown slowly going up in stoon? or is downtown still downtown?

I know alot of places when they start to build a new downtown shopping area, the old area turns ugly, from what ive seen of it anyways...I got the circle drive thing you said LOL... I think i did anyways

thats cool about the 51...I like the big old heavy duty commercial type trucks, any year is cool.
Hope someday I can see it in person

for a young guy you sound like you do alot of wrenching snowking... i didnt even start to drive or own a car until i was 21 my very first car: a 1981 Pinto my moms BF from SK gave it to me.

hahaha yeah pintos and gremlins are in a class of auto all themselves...like a pacer LOL... one of the wreckers I used to go to, got in a MINT pacer, everything on the car looked new still... and it sat there untouched for months until I moved... neat old collectibles, but no one buying parts

Mine had the original 4 banger in it, I learned to drive on the pinto...and either the headgasket was already going when I had it given to me or I wrecked it myself... I say it was already shot and thats why I got the car for free LOL... my buddy had a pinto stationwagen a few years later and I wanted that car...also had a buddy that stuck a 302 into a pinto, 1 seat, full roll cage... I never did see it run
