Rear End Identification

My 60 has a Stock Ford Model 3300 Rear End. The Drive Gear has a 9" diameter. Is that how you identify a 9" or is there some other methodology. At a minimum, maybe someone can tell me if the 3300 is a 9".

Thanks

If It's original it's a 9". Do you have an axle code off the truck I.D. plate?

Rear End Identification

I do have the ID plate however, it is buried along with all the other small parts. The truck is torn down right now. When I say torn down, I mean torn down. There is not a bolt/screw anywhere on any part. I am redoing eeeeevvvvveeeeerrrrryyyyyttttthhhhhhiiiiiinnnnnnng ggggggg if I survive. Will get back on data plate sometime in the future. I am sure it is the original however. I have the original 1960 shop manual and it shows the rear end that I have.
Thanks for your help.
