Holley Carb
Lawrence,
I ran into the same problem when I tried to rebuild mine. I eventually got a kit for a slightly newer carb. Something like a 1960,1460, or 1640 model number, of course I don't remember the exact number. What I did was take mine in and compare it to the rebuilt carbs the parts store had, then bought the kit for that carb. The main difference was in the top where the cleaner connected other then that all the parts where the same.
But a word of warning. Rebuilting didn't do any good. The carbs are 40 years old and just plain worn out.
I even bought a rebuilt carb at one of the stores and it was in worse condition then my original.
If your hard up for a carb I got two, "I've pulled my 223 for a 302" and I'll sell them for $20 to cover the cost of shipping.
