I have a second set of head's being rebuilt at a machine shop.He wants to know what type of valves I want to use either multi groov or singal groov.Which is better?He says with the multi groov retainers it allows the valve to rotate.With singal groov, rotation of the valve would depend on the style of spring retainer you use.Both style valves would be the one peice design.
