what style valve keepers
I have a second set of head's being rebuilt at a machine shop.He wants to know what type of valves I want to use either multi groov or singal groov.Which is better?He says with the multi groov retainers it allows the valve to rotate.With singal groov, rotation of the valve would depend on the style of spring retainer you use.Both style valves would be the one peice design.
So whhich ones should I use?Oh by the way, I am useing a comp cam 268h cam with the valve springs that comp cams recomends.The 400 has the standerd goodies,bored .30,badger flat tops,hei,holly 4bbl,edelbrock manifold and dual roller timeing set to 0 degrees.
