replacing clutch
The clutch and possibly the flywheel need replacing in my 60 f100 with four speed trans. I get a bad vibration when at idle in neutral but disengageing the clutch makes it go away. Anyway do any of you have a reccomendation for a replacement clutch as in stock, aftermarket and so on, also any ideas about where to get a new flywheel? If it makes a difference I'm running a stock rebuild 292 y block with 2 barrel carb and manifold. I don't really want to dump a fortune in it now as I may decide to go with newer engine and automatic tranny later, or possibly sell, any input is appreciated. Thanks

Right off the top, it sounds like your clutch plate (disc) is out of balance. I would check out the "older" parts places and bring your plate with you to be sure you get the correct part.

You can probably get away with just having the flywheel re-surfaced if it's not too bad and isn't blue with tiny cracks.
make sure to replace the all the other wear items like pilot bushing and throw-out bearing if you're going through all the trouble.
