I read this thread with interest, as I'm still deciding on a cam for an engine I'll be putting together. I've considered the 35-49-8; its durations at .05 and lobe separation SHOULD be tolerable by a MAF computer. But now hearing about surging at idle or low throttle opening, I'm not so sure. Was that with a SD computer?
