Welcome

I have set George (glruff) up as chapter leader for the interim period.
If you could have a vote ASAP as to chapter leader it would be muchly appreciated
"OH LOOK AT THAT!

I'm the man you know.
Fred, what's this interim cl stuff?
Nominations opened.................I nominate glruff.
Nominations closed!
There being no further nominations, glruff is the chapter leader of the Delaware Chapter.
Just kidding guys, it's one of those lower slower things when you have the power.
Dennis, it's a little chilly for a pool party, but Fred invited us down under, all expenses paid, to his ranch. Much warmer there.
I think you are going to be well and truly stuck with it!
(At least for now)
Will hilarity never cease...

PS: ONE day - I WILL be going to visit Fred. I doubt it'll be soon though.

There are steps to follow for chapter formation, and Fred may not have been aware of them all. That's my fault as its tough to communicate given our time zone differences. I'm sorry if it steps on toes by CL's must be voted on by members and then have final approval by FTE's home office first. Nothing personal George, but please call the office on Wednesday when we all get back before proceeding. 678-218-4337 x101 or x105

The DE members that have emailed me their information are very enthusiastic about having a home of their own.
Question until a chapter leader is elected, will no one be approved for membership or can someone else take care of this task until a formal election is held?
Is it too late to call tonight? I had hoped to use this long weekend to get the ball rolling for elections, etc. Members have already emailed me with their suggestions on where to meet. Just need to establish a time. Delaware is a small state and suggestions have been to hold a meeting in the Dover area which would be about 40 minute drive from either the very top of the state or from the bottom of the state.

Please don't take it the wrong way. We're not upset or gonna throw you out.
Its just a formality to talk with you personally on the phone for a few minutes, get to know you, etc. All of us in the office really appreciate your spirit... but let's put the brakes on for a couple of days and we'll get this all settled. Don't worry... its all good.Too late to call now... I've been at home for 3 hours and Jay's sick today. We'll both be back in the office on Wednesday, taking Monday off for the holiday and Tuesday off to acknowledge and respect the official national day of mourning for the late President Ford.
