clutch bleeding
I have a question about the hand held vac. I know they dont work for brakes, but what I am wondering is will it work to bleed the clutch slave? I have tried to bleed it the way it says in the book. I just dont feel like im getting the right results. When I open the bleed screw on the slave i dont get a free flowing fluid. My master is new and the slave is about 10 months old. the problem i am having is it is difficult to shift gears some times. The clutch disc, pressure plate all look good. So is the "MightyVac" worth the money? and could it do what i need it to do?

I would say that your master is full of air. I would take the master off and try to bench bleed it. A trick I use at work is to get a prop rod and push the pedal to the floor, ALL the way to the floor, and leave it sit over night. I am wondering what vehicle you have and is the slave external or internal.
