I have got a new Instrument cluster off ebay same year and model truck I damaged my Cluster removing it to polish the lens.
My big problem is my truck has about 110k and the new Cluster has 25k on it if it was within a few thousand I would not worry but I need to run up the mileage...... How do I do that???

Honesty is always the best policy. Well, almost always. I believe that there are laws prohibiting you from knowingly defrauding the mileage on your odometer. Not sure of the consequences, but I'm sure they could be ugly.
I would do as Hootbro suggests and contact a dealerhip for guidance.
I was putting a white face on and was trying to pull the needles off and cracked the actual face of the cluster.......... also honesty is not the reason for moving it ahead I bought it at about 92k so I might as well just put in the correct miles 92k or 110k not a big difference value wise.
So basically I can't adjust the miles higher at home! I need to go to the dealer.

Back in the day when odometers were mechanically driven, actual "speedometer" shops could do this for you. With electronics driving the current odometers, only the dealers have these tools it seems.
You might want to call the licensing agency where you live and discuss this dilema with them prior to spending money at the dealer. Usually, if you document the odometer change you're covered.
Forscan app will let you raise mileage but not reduce it. Its a great app for Ford, but you need the 6.99 pay version and OBDI link.
Works great has a lot of advanced functions.

Thanks for dragging me back into a 17 year old dead thread.
