4.6 engine

I am in need for to replace the engine in a 1998 F150 with a 4.6 5 speed 2 wheel drive. Are there and thing that will change out with this engine without hunting for a bunch of things to make it work. What is the difference from the car engines?

The board drop words.
Do an edit and use double peroids before and after the words that have been dropped.
This will keep from dropping words so we know all that you are referring to.

The easiest engines to find are the Romeo 4.6L's from the ba-jillians of Crown Vics. Just check your VIN to see if you have the Romeo. The 8th digit will be a "W". You can decode your VIN here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/vin-decoder/index.php
Stay with the '98 up years and preferably '00 and up. I'm sure there are more folks here who can offer you better info.
