Question Removing Jack from backseat how?

Bought a new sub box off of ebay it has dual 10'' and one goes where the jack is and i need to remove it, so who has done it, it seems to me that it would be pretty straight forward just remove some bolts, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just the bolts seen. I removed mine to put in the Du-Ha. I took the jack and bracket out as one.

I have mine in the bed strapped to the tie down loop. I am going to make a mount in the bed so I can just mount to the bracket to. I will just replace one of the tie down loops with the bracket.

I just carry a small floor jack (20-30 bucks at any auto parts store) in my tool box under the tonneau. The factory jack is, well, pretty much useless unless you're in a perfectly flat paved parking lot and have a lot of time and patience.
