Has anyone installed these?

Has anyone installed 305/65/18R's on stock rims. The original tires are 275/65/18R. I want to replace my tires with larger ones without a lift.

I plan on putting those on mine and from what everyone says, and the pictures, it is possible to put them on the stock rims.

Thank you. Nobody knows if you have to modify the front so they won't rub?

Put the new tires on this weekend. With the 2.5 inch leveling kit there is no rub and they are fine on the stock rims. Check my gallery for pics.

01CROBRA, Thanks for your responce on the 305/65/18 tires. They do look great. I have that same color 4dr but the bumpers are black and its an 05. I also have an ARE Z series cap that levels the truck. With that being said, if I add the leveling kit then I'm going to have to add the ADD LEAF system to the rear to keep it level.That bull bar looks great also but in the state of N.J. it is illegal to block the front liciense plate which are manditory. The bull bar seems to loose it's look without that lower plate.

I believe that there is a kit that you can mount the front license plate to the bull bar. I think I read about it on the westin site.

You are not gaining much moving to the 305's here is a break down

Stock 275/65/18
Sidewall - 7 in
Radius - 16 in
Diameter - 32.1in
Circum - 100.8
Revs/mi - 629

305/65/18
Sidewall - 7.8in
Radius - 16.8in
Diameter - 33.6 in
Circum - 105.6
Revs/mi - 600

Your speedo will be effected.

I put on 305/55/20's which i think are the same size and on the factory 20's they rub at full steering lock with the AS 2" kit. are there any small spacer kits available?

What is it that you are trying to say? I think that these tires look MUCH better due to their size and will perform better as well. It may not sound like much when you put it in writing but their certainly is a difference when you put them next to each other.
