Just my opinion but no filter would make me feel good about not changing my oil for 60k miles. No way no how. Even if the oil is clean...dino oil will break down sooner or later and start effecting the way your powerstroke runs. Kinda like the million mile K&N filter....No chance ever that I'd even consider running the same filter that long.

You can filter oil and keep it clean that long but it won't keep its anti foaming and lubricating properties that long IMO read the following link.
