I had a aftermarket sets of mats that had similar clips to hold mat in place. I do have set of Ford accesory mats for 96 down red rubber with ford oval in center in my 93 F150 sc parts truck, fit real nice. I used to detail auto's and if worked for dealer they would trash the mats when cleaning up interior . I use the one peice over hump mats now that I have kids alot better protection. If I ever get over this flue I'll go check .

So the first owner must have bought mats from the dealer after they bought the truck? I wish they would have left them in the truck for me.

Got a set of carpeted floor mats on ebay last week for my 1994. They fit perfectly. The vendor was usasupersale. They have a website as well as an ebay store. They listed the mats as for the F250. They listed an incorrect mat for the F150 - actually it is for the '97 & up. The Ford P/N on the box is F0TZ-1513086-AK. The color I needed was blue. Ask them if they have red.

The mats back in the '94 time period did not have the plastic holder in the carpet. Carpeted or vinyl mats were a dealer accessory. A quick check of my 1994 brochure does not list the floor mats as an option or as a component of any package.

RMS94, Thanks for the bit of info. I have been all over "usasupersale" ebay store and the website and cannot find the mats you are reffering to. I have looked in F-150, F-250, and Bronco. I am going to call the dealer and give them the part number you have me to see if they can come up with anything. All the mats that I see on there are for '97 and up trucks. The ones that belong in the truck are symmetrical (left and right sides)..basically they don't have a weird pattern. I also cannot find any information as to whether or not they are an option or an accessory. I know these won't be on it... but I have a build sheet coming from Ford in the next week or so.

I got my mats on ebay item 110067594785. Look up the auction to view the mats and then call them. Like I said it was listed as for the F250 which was the same as the F150 in 92-96.

RMS94, Thanks for the info on the auction. I'll give them a call and see what I can come up with. The mats in the auction are closer than anything I've been able to come up with. Again, thank you for your help.

Can I ask how you went about getting a build sheet? I would love to get one for my truck. I wish I knew even more about its past life.

brown 4x4, I would post it but I am afraid that if I mention another website that it may not sit well with the moderators. If it is ok to post on here let me know as I would like to help you out.

when i bought my 96 f150 [second owner] i found the window sheet folded up and placed inside the owners manual. it had a check for a option called eddie bauer premium floor mats.

the truck has floor mats front and rear, both the front driver and passenger side have the black clips that are stuck into the carpet.

when i bought the truck the floor mats were in perfect shape, so i pulled them out and put in new ones. i ended up using 5 floor mats in the front, two regular sized mats layed sideways over the tranny hump, i placed one smaller mat in the middle of the tranny hump, and layed two normal sized mats in the regular spots.

heres a picture that kindof shows the floor mat setup ive got in the front. i also have mud flaps front and rear that match the logo.

GOOD FIND! Now if I can only find my mats. Gonna try and look for a cup holder in better shap...looks kinda rough and would definately clash with the flawless interior I have. YES I AM PICKY! hahaha Thanks fonefiddy!
