what year?

i have a 1997 f 250 super duty 7.3 ps and it was made on sept 17 more or less 1997. when did the 98s stsrt production, and were there any big differences in 97s and 98s?

big differences.

no ford truck is called a 98. they are either 97 or 99. although trucks made in 98(new body syle) are called early 99's.

my dads obs was made in december 97.

thanks always wondered what happened to the 98s even the local ford service mananger didnt know
