hey guys just got done with my exhaust work... homemade wooo I also made my own intake ...
anyways i was at my local "candystore" and was reading about the SuperChips Programmers $350.... I almost bought it but I figured I should ask u guys first...
My questions is ... would it be wise to go with a chip or programmer? I hope to get larger injectors come spring time. But i'd like to have more fun now. I guess what I'm trying to ask is.... should I wait until i do my injectors or can i buy this programmer now and still use it with injectors? sorry if this is confusing but i'm getting excited
Tony Wildman puts out a very good chip, you can have him send one to you right now, and when you change something major he can retune if necessary, or if you know what you are planning on doing he can have a program preset in one of the positions so when you make the mod you can flip the switch to position 4 and be set. He is accepted as one of the best OBS tuners. I just talked to him today.
wait or buy a chip from him now and then have it reburnt when you get your new injectors in the spring. if you buy a programmer now you will be sad you wasted the $$.
Like I said before you can have tony burn the optimum program for your planned mods in position 4 and optimum for current in position 3 and you will be set, you do the mods turn the switch and you are set.
