Fuse box question
One quick question to verfiy I'm reading my wiring diagram right. On my 86 150 I had to eleminate the #9 fuse for the heater motor (becouse it melted in the fuse box) 
So I cut the wires atthe back of the box and put a inline fuse holder and fuse. Now my turning signals don't work. It look to me that the gray&yellow feed #9 & #5 fuse threw a internal connection. Am I right ? I tried the electrical section but no body replyed.
