I like Hella's lights, they have a pretty wide selection in that price range. I would either go to their USA page (to find most all lights available) and when you find one you might like google it. I've found that most places don't carry their whole line, so it helps to know beforehand what you are looking for when shopping. Everything from super huge and thin to thick, black, chrome etc. The units in your range start to get a full metal housing (instead of plastic) and some even get the clear lens and diamond style reflectors (less light scatter).
The "Rally" and "FF" series halogens are more the area you should search on this site.
PIAA is also a good brand, I just don't like that most all of their lights come with the gimmicky blue tinted bulbs. Easily/cheaply remedied though. If you go looking, don't buy into the 55watts=85/110 watt stuff. 55=55, it's just another gimmick...and as close to a lie as you can get.
IPF is another good brand, but I haven't had any personal experience with them. They have some slightly adjustable lights (like a Maglite) and different lenses available to scatter the beams differently. They have this feature instead of a huge selection of different lights.
