new 05 psd truck - $45,000
banks big power pack for truck - $3500
wheels and tires - $2800
distance traveled - 20,894 miles
price for head gasket replacement due to to playing - priceless (aka free)

$51,300.00 to drive 20,894 miles.....= $2.455 per mile not including fuel, tires or oil changes.
It will get better. Just hang in there. The first few miles are rough. Get the studs and the performance tranny, and you'll start to get things going your way.

Bowtiehatr, what do you think of modifications in general as a ford tech? Are there any you would recommend? Are there any you would definately stay away from? Obviously Banks is not on your approved list
