So Nathan and I went out to Morris' the other day and had a very good, long look (and long chat) about putting that 56 emmie back together. To be honest, I can hardly wait. Well, to tell the truth we talked more about other trucks than the one we came to work on, but o well, we got all winter right? lol. Shes definately going to be a very sharp truck when its all said and done. I bet you its going to be red. I can see that one being a bright shiny red. O ya. So Fom, when are we getting started? New Years Eve? Day? Hopefully everyone comes out to get their hands dirty.
Thanks Chris about the 56 comments.
I was painting it similar to the medium blue metalic it was before the destruction took place. It will be a while before I`m to that stage. I have two red Mustangs, a burgundy Mustang and a burgunday/red Model T. I`m not use about another red one.
After New year`s sounds good, got to get it done, I want to get it back on the road again.
well im sure theres lots of help out here sides nathan and myself. I like doin this kind of stuff so im here to help. Besides we need more representation of the pre 56 trucks out there, we kinda lost out a little bit in the poll (28-6). lol.

I`m easy, this will take a while so I`ll be at it all winter. We will have to get on the SK51 project of Snowking`s to be ready for the summer once he gets brings here.
Karm, how long will you be out of town working?
I'll be working all week after Christmas, then in Eston the day after New Years for 4+ days, then four guys from our shop are leaving for two months for various levels of apprentice training... so I'll be either busy or out of town starting after Christmas....
Oh well, now that I'm a Journeyman I'll be making the big bucks... except for that whole thing about "the more you make, the more you pay" and the gov't takes it all
Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic, it is a very diverse trade.. deals with everything from your home fridge to cryogenics to supermarkets to building A/C, etc. But I prefer to stick to supermarkets and large industrial... such as Safeway, Co-Op, Sobeys, Ice Arenas, PCS mines, and so forth.
