Radiator Fan problem

I have a 99 F250 PSD and while driving home from work I heard a squelling sound and then lost my power steering, power brakes, etc. When i opened the hood the belt was off and my radiator fan is just hanging there. It turns but it moves all over the place every angle, the truck still runs and drives. Just wondering if anyone knows what is wrong. I read other posts and think it might be the fan clutch but also someone said something about a water pump. Any help would be appreciated since I am mechanicly a moron. thanks

The fan is connected to the WP is the shaft moving with the fan all the way back to the WP. Also if it is the WP with that much bearing play it should be leaking out the weep hole behing the pulley on the bottom.

Yeah, water pump has failed. I hope it didn't gouge the rear housing out.
