maybe it will start

hi working on a 2001 f350 sd 7.3 ps will not start at times hot or cold no codes have replaced cps with ford sensor fuel filter and pump res. are full .monitored icp while cranking with modis went to 16800 psi! is this possible? it started and pressure came down to 4990psi and ran ok untill it was shut off. then didnt restart. help

What are you using to monitor the ICP? Those numbers are waaaaaaaaay off. As a matter of fact, what are you using to read codes? Same scan tool?
