Talking I'm baaaaaaack

Sorry for not posting in what must be forever but my world became extremely busy. It has finally slowed to the point of being able to start posting again and even more importantly I have the time to continue working on my 71.

I wanted to ask if anyone knew where I could find a bench seat for my 71 f-100

I would need the tracks any everything that goes with a bench. I can get the seat belts. I have had little luck finding a bench for this truck. I have read that a seat from 71-79 is a direct fit. I would not turn down a newer one if it would fit. I have found real nice ones on ebay and such but they go for close to $900 and my butt doesn't need anything that nice.

Any help would be great!

How would you like a set of leather seats out of an '89 Taurus wagon instead?

Nice seats, blue, but I don't think they'll fit in a Ranger truck...

Thanks for the offer!

I just picked up a bench out of an 89 f150 lariat. Needs to be recovered but other wise in great shape. I'm now on the search for an original set of seat tracks to mount to the seat. No big deal if I don't find them I'll get the seat in there if I have to duct-tape it in.

Welcome back. I bet parts for the 70 models are getting hard to find.
