fuse

I blew the fuse on the cigarette lighter using an air compressor. I found the circuit as #12 listed in the Owner's manual, and it says that this is the Cigar lighter/OBDII.

How does this blown fuse affect the OBDII and the normal operation of the truck?

beemr,

With this fuse blown, the cig lighter will not have any power and the OBDII port below the dash will have no power on the 12V+ pin. This should not effect the driveability of your truck. The OBDII port is used by the mechanic to plug in the scan tool to run diagnostics on your truck.

Hope this helps

Thanks...I was just wondering about the driveability issues.
