if its not too much trouble....would any of you that run single or dual pillar guages take some pics for me?

i ordered an autometer trans temp guage along with a single pillar pod, but it seems as if the pod is poorly fitted to the truck
any pics would be greatly appreciated.

The three pod is very easy to fit cleanly. For single and duals it more difficult. Mechanical guages add to the problem, so fit the guage and the required fitting in the pod while checking the pillar. As long as nothing interefers, hold the guage on pillar and use electrical tape to get the pod to conform to the final fit of the pillar. They don't fit dead on, it should take several very tight wraps to get it to line up on the back edge of pillar. Another trick is drill the pins in at an angle with the pillar holes being slightly closer to the edge. The pins will twist anyways so take the slack out early.
