The little missus and myself are looking to add a pool table to the den in the next few weeks and came across a beautiful Beach Manufacturing 'Bahama' table that would look awesome with the decor of our home, trouble is I've never heard anything regarding Beach pool tables and am curious if anybody here is familiar with these tables. The dealer we visited says the Beach quality is equal to the Brunswick and Olhausen tables, which he also sells.
preppypyro, I may have spilled a few drinks on a pool table, maybe once.........or twice......but never more than trice times.
Code3, You'll have to buy the video.
Actually, the pub that I frequent once in a while has a camera up in the pool room, where there was a couple coupling some time ago.
As far as the price point between the above mentioned Beach Manufacturing table and those from Brunswick or Olhausen, for me it's difficult to tell because each of those manufacturers have such a wide selection (and price range!) of tables. Fortunately the dealer had several of each brand in stock so I could do a good visual between each table and as far as build quality, slate and construction they all were similar but the Beach was a tad pricier due to the design and carvings in the wood.
Now I'm trying to determine whether or not a 4'x8' table is going to work in a 12'x20' room, dealer says no way but all of the charts I've read says yes with shorter cues ... ???
