Yes, so long as the F250 five speed is mated to the 300 six or the 5.8. You'll need a driveshaft from an F250 (with the same wheelbase as your F150) if your truck is two wheel drive.
That 5-speed is a mazda built M5OD. This was was used in the bronco 2, all explorer, ranger and f-150(except 5.8l) with manual transmission. The 5-speed from a f-250-350 would be a ZF transmission. The M50D will be fine, as long as it is working resonably to begin with, and you don't ask the world of it!

There were TWO Mazda trannies...the M5OD is also known as the M5R2. The M5R2 was in the F-150s. There was a lighter duty M5R1 that was in the rangers and bronco II's. They are two slightly different transmissions, the F-150 version is obviously stronger.
Also, the 302 will bolt up to a ZF but the ZF has different gear ratios. The ZF and 302 were never bolted together from the factory, and the likely reason is because the 302 doesn't have the low end tq to comfortably pull the wide gears on the ZF. The M5OD's gears are closer so it can work better with the 302's more narrow tq band.
FYI, the M5OD is rated for 330ft-lbs of input torque. The 351 was rated for 310tq output. The M5OD will handle a 351...but it wasn't within Ford's variance. Typically, all drivetrain components of this generation are about 30% stronger than necessary (for obvious reasons) and the M5 just didn't fit the bill, even though it'll take it.
If you have an M5 and it's in good standing order, a 351 will work with it, I've done it. I swapped the M5 and ZF from my old F-250 and my present F-150 and drove the M5/351 combo for about 15,000mi and beat the bag out of it.
I can't say it'll last forever but it'll work. And I still wouldn't be towing a whole heck of a lot with an M5 equipped truck.
