What does it weigh?

Edmunds.com says my vehicle has a Curb Weight of: 3874 lbs.

I wanted to know if people think that is close.

1991 F150 Custom
4.9 I6
Dual Tanks
Standard Cab
Longbed Styleside
No power anything, no A/C

Thanks

That's on the light side, IMO, but who knows. Find a nearby dump with a roll-on/roll-off scale and take a load of stuff for disposal.

The reason is because my truck is broke and I need to get a empty weight for a military move. So if edmunds in a little on the light side that is ok. I just have no idea what it should weigh.

I'd guess that number is about right, give or take a few hundred.

I have a 91 F-350 2 wheel drive long bed 351 engine dual tanks and standard cab. When I put it on a DOT truck scale with full tanks, it weighed 5250 pounds with me weighing 260 pounds. Hope this helps, gr

F-350 frames are considerably heavier than F-150 frames. There's no way any 2wd F-150 weighs that much.

Our Bronco weighs more than that - but it has four wheel drive, transfer case, E4OD tranny, etc.

My guess is still closer to 4k.

1996 F-150 XL, I-6, reg cab, long bed, 5-speed: 4150lbs with half a tank of gas.

Your number sounds pretty good. I'd say 4100 to be safe.

I either have to give them the actual weight or a figure from a well known site.
