I want to put a bench seat in my '50 F1. Does anyone know what other (later) models would be a good fit? I am willing to dig around the junkyards if I knew what to look for.

The only non-Ford part in my truck is the bench seat from a ~1968 Chevy II. It fit perfect and leaves all sorts of room for other toys in the cab.

I have also heard good things about buckets from a Bronco II.

The original seat had been replaced with a couple of bucket seats. Thanks for asking.

 

I had this same issue when I purchased my truck... The owner before me had put buckets in it out of a van.. and they were stationary, you couldn't move them at all.. I found a bench seat out of a 51 Ford in the junkyard and dropped it in... Good luck with your search.
