Hello every one I have a 1985 F-250 4x4, 351W, and a C6, I rebuilt the entire front end this summer. But a few days ago the passenger side started to make this klunking sound, when I hit bumps or something in the road. Also I only does this some times one day it goes fine then the next the klunking sound it back. I checked the whole front end. Everything is still nice and tight. The only thing that I could find that was loose was the the brake caliper. It had maybe 1/8 to a 1/4 inch of play in it. There is not one old part on the front end everything was replaced, ball joints upper and lowers both sides, New front shocks, New tie rod ends inner and outter, and new drag link bars. Also I notice that it only started to make the klunking sound when it got cold around here. So at thins point I am stumded on what to do. Also this truck has an 8 foot fisher snow plow on it too. So any help or suggets would be great. THANKS
