Isn't there another fuel filter

Besides the one on top the engine that's needs to also be changed?

OK but then what is the round little looking thing under the drivers side door frame that looks like a old type filters they use on gasoline engines? I almost took it off thinking it was a filter hahahahahah

If you do the HUTCH mod you'll add in a 2nd filter - I'm trying to control my PMS... and waiting for warmish weather (it's 5 here today.... BBRRRRR!!!)
