C3TE head
I bought a 292 farm truck engine this week. Dirty on the outside, but clean under the valve covers. The block was a good-guy B9 block. I was checking the heads this evening. One side has a C1TE head with ECG rockers, the other side has a C3TE head with the 5751066 rockers. John Mummert's web site doesn't list this head. Does anybody know anything about this casting?
This engine has been a series of suprises, starting with the B9 block casting number. I'll be curious to see what kind of crank it has.
