OBD codes!

hey guys..i have an 87-f250 with a 302 and i ran obd on my truck today and too codes came up.. -egr flow is too low-(could that be a bad egr or another related problem?) and the other code was -thermostatic air always upstream-.. now i have shorty headers to a y pipe then a hollow cat, a 40 series flowmaster and a pipe out of the side ..all 3inch could these codes be registering because of my exhaust or bad sensors?

What exactly were the code numbers? I'm thinking one of those should be 45 "thermactor air always upstream". If so that's referring to the air injection system. It could be a faulty solenoid or a broken vacuum line feeding a valve...assuming you still have the air injection in place. The other is EGR and seems to indicate it's not flowing sufficiently, so the egr valve or the tubing feeding it from the exhaust is broken or missing.
