I have a 04 Crew Cab with the Moonroof and a leak somewhere. My passengers side around the overhead grab handle seems to be the wettest. I checked the a-pillar drains and they're clean. Also there is only a little bit of water in the interior channel around the moonroof area, no less then I would expect given the heavy rains here in the NW. Could it be a weather stripping issue? Any ideas?
Could be the seal around the windshield is leaking at the top and the water is running over to the handle area. If you have cab lights I would check that they are sealed correctly.
I don't have the cab lights but I'll try checking around the windshield. I did notice that the top weather seal on the passengers side was twisted and folded. I'm not sure how or why it would have gotten like that but it is. I'm thinking(Hoping) that's probably the culprit. Thanks for the reply!
It probably has drain holes on the backside also. You will have to drop the headliner an inch or so to get to them. Pour a little water in the moonroof channels and see if it drains slow on the rear ones or drains at all if it is not the windshield seal. The rears should drain between the doors.

Even though this is a totally different situation, just keep this in mind; A roofer told me one time 'just because the ceiling is wet, it does not always mean the leak is directly above the wet spot'. Water will run until it finds an entrance spot and then runs again until it finds another entrance spot and so on.
Since you will probably have to replace the headliner anyways (due to water stains), while it is off - sit in your truck and have someone take the garden hose (or better yet a high pressure car wash wand) and spray around the cab area while looking for the leak.
