Hi, Someone here may have a better solution for you, but here's a couple of options I can think of off the top of my head:
1.) New lock cylinders with key from one of the reproduction companies.
2.) Cylinders from a salvage yard donor (if you are lucky enough to find ones that still have the key).
3.) Have locksmith make a new key (probably very expensive).
I wonder how much the locksmith would charge if you took it out of the truck and brought it to him. I have shop manuals for other vehicles, that tell you how to take the tumbler apart and reprogram it for different keys. They just have little doo-dads in there that are different lengths to match the key.
I'd take it out of the truck and go to the locksmith. If the key that you lost also matches the door, I'd do it this way. If it doesn't match, now's a good time to get the 2 to match. It may not be the cheapest way, but it's the fastest.
