Canadan/Americal border to Haines Junction sucks. Frost heave galore. The rest of it not to bad other than the construction. I blew two tires on the 5ther going around the Big Lake before Haines Junction.....

I havent been down the complete highway since 92 so I'm sure it has gotten better...Usuall White Horse is a anual summer trip for us..

I have "96 F-350 Diesel. The back tank works fine but when using the front tank it will sputter at times and at slow speeds just stall, Any ideas on what it might be?

FYI this thread is 4 years old.

That being said post this in the 87-96 forum. Lots of very helpful people there who really know those trucks. Having had a 94 that I worked a lot on, I'd say your fuel pump is weak in that tank. If it sputters on both tanks, then I'd look at your fuel pressure regulator. But either way, test your fuel pressure before you buy any parts.
