56 torque specifications

Hi and Happy New Year:

Hopefully someone can help me out with torque
specifications for a 56 f100. I've ordered a
shop manual which I assume will have these in
it, but I would like to get my front end back
together now.

Here torque specs I need:

1. Front spindle nut(s). I assume it would be the
same for disc as drums (?)

2. King pin lock pin nut.

and

3. Tie rod nuts.
