Front Tank does not pump
My 1988 F-150 won't pump. I know there is a good pump in it becasue we hooked it to a 12v power supply in shop class and it seemed to flow quite well... was a bit messy. I also know that there is power getting to two of the wires on my harness at the connector that attaches to the sending unit.(I used a test light and a multimeter... about 13 volts) I even spliced into the grounds and attached them to the frame, still nothing. Could the sending unit be bad? The gauge reads, but that is it. Might someone, if all else fails, have a sending unit with or without the pump for sale that works?(I apologize if this is the wrong section for that, could not find a classified section)
