BFGoodrich makes a 285/65/20 All-Terrain that is a load range E tire. It is just a bit larger that what comes stock. Other than that the Goodyear AT/S's are the only thing I can think of, and I thought finding a 18" tire was hard. Good Luck!
Oh, and Nitto makes the Terra Grappler in a 275/65/20 load range E. I have read that alot of people say Nitto's wear quickly though.

It depends on your feelings on lifts too. A stock SD with 35/12.50s will have rubbing issues, PERIOD. Anyone who tells you 35s won't rub has not tried to turn lock to lock yet or just doesn't want to tell the truth. You will need a lift to correct for clearance for 35s. I'm looking to replace tires on my 20s too. Stock GY tires are 34.1/11.3/20. BFG AT TA KO has a 33.4/12.50/20. I think this is the safest bet for a beefier looking tire less likely to rub. It is a bit shorter in profile but probably not that noticeable.
Toyo Open Country MT's, they are hard to find but you can find them. I just bought a set of 35x12.5r20's from www.trucktoyzperformance.com.
Hey Beer, That's what I'm planning on going with got any pics? Looked like the ones in your gallery were stock. Thanks Bro...
What is the largest size tire you can put on the 20"? I have a 06 F350 SRW w/ stock 18"s and am going to buy the 20" rims. I saw one like mine with 325/60/20s and it looked nice, but I didn't have the chance to see if it had a lift. Didn't initially look like it from the brief look I got. I don't want a lift if possible but want the largest tire I can get.
