I am in NC and can't find any stores in my area, I have tried Auto Zone Advance Napa Car Quest.......
Also will the Full Syn give me better MPG.......02 Ford F350 7.3 all Stock

If it gets cold down there, you will notice better and smoother startups. You may notice a Romp romp romp noise upon cold startups, and the 5w-40 will fix that. I run it and love it, and when i changed the oil at 4,000 miles last time, i sent a sample to Blackstone. They recommended me changing the next oil at 5500-6000 miles. Im going to send in a sample at 5,000 miles and see how much more i can get out of it. I unknowingly changed the oil at 4,000 miles and it apparently had alot left in it.

Here is the link to blackstone labs http://www.blackstone-labs.com/I read good things about them from this site. I just recieved my first kit i ordered from them. They send you the kit for free and you don't have to pay anything until you send it in to have the analysis done.

I saw some mobile super syn in 10w-40, says its recommended for diesels, would that hurt our power strokers? Whats the difference in a 5w and a 10 w?

the 10w is a heaver oil than the 5.
5w 40 flows like a 5w oil when cold, and when it warms up it flows like a 40w.
10w 40 flows like a 10w oil when cold, and like a 40w when it's warm
