'91 F-350 Emissions problem

New update: I got the truck back from the shop last night. The regulator was bad. My pressure is back to normal with no codes in the OBD. I will be taking it to DEQ this afternoon. Wish me luck, gr

I Passed DEQ!!!! Just to let you know, the testing on any vehicle between 1975 and 1996 in Oregon is just a probe up the tailpipe at idle. No high RPM's or dyno. testing. Now that my fuel pressure is correct, here are my test results: Hydrocarbons; Max 220 PPM, mine; 62 PPM. Carbon Monoxide: Max 1%, Mine 0.0168%. Minimum percentage of Co2: 6%; Mine: 9.1%. Not only that but my gas mileage went from 6-7 MPG to 12 MPG. Needless to say, I am a happy camper now! I thank you all for all your help and I hope this posting helps someone else. gr
