leaking antifreeze bad!!!!
I have a 97 F250 Powerstroke...... thought I was having thermostat problems so I bought a new one and put it in. While doing this I noticed I was really low on antifreeze, so I put some more in. Well, it started pouring out as fast as I put it in. I did notice some coming out from the thermostat housing that I just put back on, but it also appeared to be leaking somewhere else.
My question is: Where else can it be leaking pure antifreeze? There is no oil in the mix, just antifreeze. I thought maybe the gasket around the water pump is bad? Any ideas?

there is a weep hole right behind the pulley on the waterpump. it's not the easiest to see, but if that's it, yoou should see antifreeze on the pulley. either there, or you have a leak in a hose or the radiator

I've got the same leak at the weep hole on my 97. Funny thing is that it only leaks when the engine temp gets below 40 degrees. Above that or running - no leak. It took me about a week to figure this one out. It is hard to see.
