Smile Follow Up On 460 Overheating Problem

I have finally got my Ford to the shop over the overheating problem I had. It was the LACK of a backing plate on the water pump. IT WAS NOT INSTALLED.
R&T Automotive Inc. on Union St. in Cottonwood Az. installed it without the plate. I emailed the owner and he has choose to ingore me. So if anyone is in Verde Valley, Az. I would recommend not taking anything to this shop. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge his mistake. I wasn't asking for any compensation. So since he chooses to ingore me I plan to file a complaint with the BBB, and the State of Arizona.
Thanks for everyones help on this. It was you guys that helped me figure out what was wrong. I wanted a state licensed shop to do the work so there was no question on IF the plate was truely missing.
Craig
