Howdy Jim I just got my computer back it was down for a week
(Spyware Infection). Well the smoke free thing is getting there I'm cheeting the odd one every few days but my length of time between them is streching. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I'm rooting for ya here bud.

Just don't want ya to end up like me. I just had 60% of my right lung removed on the 16th of Oct. :-( I hurt like hell, but its getting better. If theres anything I can do to help just drop me a line.

Put it this way ........

He's still trying, but he's not yet 100% smoke-free.

I told him he would do better if he smoked those wild turkey's on his property.
He repsonded with: "They are too hard to keep lit"
