the only place i could find just had lift block kits www.ultimateautoaccessories.com
whats the lift for? if youre offroading much i wouldnt use the lift blocks, if you just want it higher for bigger tires then blocks are fine, but remember- any more than about 3 inches you may have to have your drive shafts extended, and you could run into issues with shaft angles. you may want to do a body lift instead of suspension if youre trying to do it cheap
i dont have a hiboy but if i remember right, the kit that someone sells for your truck is labeled as a 4" lift kit, but will acually be like a 6" or so because of the hiboy height from the factory, but a few people on here have talked about fabbing up shackles and or drop hangers for extra lift.
I'm a metal fabricator by trade if anyone has any experience with making their own shackles and drop hangers I'd love to hear about it. All I want is 2" and I'm not really into body lifts. Thanks for the info guys
You also can make you own. You can go to a local spring shop and tell them what you want for a lift, and they'll make them. A nice thing is your shop may be able to make the ride a bit softer with more/less springs, and spring thicknesses. You should be able to find a dropped steering arm that'll work (unless you have the ram style PS, that may be a problem ???). Not sure what your looking to spend, but having springs made is not as expensive as one might think.
P.S. Blocks on the front are illegal in most, if not all states. Not to mention very dangerous.
