Try the one from a Super Duty that came with a sunroof.
I've seen an Excursion with TWO sunroofs in it and it appeared that the owner cut the original one right behind the sunglass holder. Somehow it looked "finished" and not just hacked up with a bandsaw.
I think the Super Duty console would work best, though.

I WENT TO LOOK AT THEM THIS WEEKEND I HAVE THE POWER BACK WINDOWS AND OVERHEAD COMPUTER BUILT IN

I Have Power Rear Vent Windows Switches In Mine The Only Thing I Think That Might Work Is The Expedition Console

I actually had typed Expedition in my first post but went back and changed it to Super Duty because I remembered SDs have sunroofs. Anyway, there's a reasonable chance that it should line up. Sure be nice to find out first though...

Where did you purchase the sunroof? Did you do a bunch of research and find out that there was one brand name that stood out above the rest? I'm considering doing this also, but don't want to do a hack-job on it by buying one from PepBoys and having it leak, lol.
